Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work in our Lilburn, GA clinic. You will provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition, with in-person supervision from BCBA’s invested in your growth.

This role emphasizes pairing, dignity, and real-time data collection to support children with Autism. Full-time, in-person hours are 8:00am-4:40pm, with opportunities for professional development and advancement within the company.

Qualifications

• RBT certification through BACB (or BACB verification)
• High school diploma or higher
• Active driver’s license and auto insurance
• Propel background check clearance

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition in Propel clinic
• Accompany client throughout day, create natural learning opportunities
• Support social interactions in group activities within the clinic
• Prioritize pairing daily and build rapport with the client
• Maintain client dignity and assent in all interactions
• Record accurate data and submit session notes the same day

As a Center-based RBT You Will

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You Will Need

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
• A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass Propel administered background check
• Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
