LittleStar ABA Therapy works with children, teens, and young adults affected by autism. Operating as a non‑profit organization, we use our resources to ensure quality services to our patients and invest in our staff and the autism community. Our clinical leadership consists of experts in the field of ABA, including three PhDs. We have been improving the lives of individuals with autism for over 20 years.
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will implement your patient’s individualized program written by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), you will help patients learn new skills that are truly beneficial to them and their families. Targets include social, communication, vocational, and life skills. Services are delivered in settings such as therapy center, home, school, workplace, or other community‑based settings.
Highly competitive pay starting at $19 / hour with opportunities to increase pay at six and 12 months. Up to $500 in bonuses in the first year. Non‑profit organization focus on individuals served. The role is clinical, uses standard office and audiovisual equipment, and may operate at off‑site locations including patients’ homes, schools, or workplaces. Expected to work at multiple sites with multiple patients. Not eligible for telecommuting.
Physically active; must stand, walk, run, climb stairs, use hands, lift up to 50 lbs., and respond to aggressive or unsafe behavior as needed. The environment is open with bright lights and can be loud.
