Job summary

Propel Autism in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one therapy in the clinic, focusing on skill acquisition and daily learning opportunities.

You will work under in-person BCBA supervision, support social interactions in group activities, and document session data with timely notes; a passion for teamwork and client dignity drives all interactions.

Qualifications

• Must have an RBT certification through the BACB.
• High school diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must pass Propel administered background check.
• Active driver's license and proof of auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition in Propel clinic.
• Accompany client throughout the day, capturing learning opportunities in natural settings.
• Collaborate to scaffold social interactions with peers and group activities.
• Prioritize pairing daily and use play to build rapport with the client.
• Maintain client dignity and assent in all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes submitted same day.

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT's who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA's who are invested in your growth and development, we'd love to hear from you!

As a Center-based RBT you will:

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client's social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client's dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.
