Job summary

Propel Autism in Marietta, GA, is seeking Center Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver one-on-one therapy in the clinic and support skill acquisition in a structured, learning-focused environment. You will receive in-person supervision from BCBA’s, with strong growth opportunities and a commitment to professional development, data-driven practice, and client dignity.

This full-time role offers consistent supervision, multiple schedule options, and a pathway toward board

Qualifications

• RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• High school diploma minimum; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must pass Propel-administered background check.
• Active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic.
• Accompany client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold client’s social interactions with peers and participation in clinic group activities.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with the client.
• Keep the client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions.
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services are delivered.

You will need:

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
