Job summary

Propel Autism is seeking a Center Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Lilburn, GA. The role focuses on one-on-one therapy for children with Autism within the Propel clinic, with in-person supervision from BCBA’s committed to your growth.

You will document data, support social interactions, and participate in daily activities while ensuring client dignity and consent throughout sessions.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required.
• HS diploma minimum; bachelor’s preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy focused on skill acquisition in the Propel clinic.
• Accompany client through the day, capturing learning opportunities in natural environments.
• Collaborate to scaffold social interactions with peers and group activities.
• Prioritize pairing daily using play to build a strong client relationship.
• Maintain the client’s dignity and obtain assent in interactions.
• Take and submit accurate data; write detailed session notes on the same day.

Intro:

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBT’s who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. If you are a Registered Behavior Technician looking for a company committed to providing you with supportive, in person supervision from BCBA’s who are invested in your growth and development, we’d love to hear from you!

As a Center-based RBT you will:

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You will need:

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
• A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must pass Propel administered background check
• Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
