Job summary

Bierman Autism Centers is building a Teaching Hospital for pediatric therapy across our NJ centers, focusing on excellence in outcomes and training clinicians. The Regional Trainer will oversee new hire onboarding for Behavior Technicians and ensure 40-hour RBT training compliance to prepare for the RBT exam.

The role demands leadership collaboration with Clinical Directors and Practice Managers, with duties ranging from scheduling and coaching to CPR and Safety Care training, while supporting

Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated training in behavior analytic principles.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills to develop new technicians.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with families, colleagues, and staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate new and existing employees on job performance.
• Conduct new hire training for Behavior Technicians.
• Create and adjust training schedules and materials as needed.
• Evaluate new hire performance and develop skill-gap training plans.
• Lead or support remote training opportunities as needed.
• Provide direct therapy to clients as required by Behavior Technician role.
