Job summary

Galliant Trainings in Amarillo is hiring for an ABA therapy role delivering 1-on-1 sessions to children with ASD in a center-based clinic. Earn $15–$20/hour with paid RBT training, plus a structured path for career growth through regular performance reviews.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or willingness to complete paid training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to Amarillo clinic.
• Ability to work 8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 direct therapy with children with ASD.
• Record session data and complete progress notes.
• Support supervision and professional growth opportunities.
