Job summary

Galliant Burleson clinic is hiring high-energy team members to deliver 1-on-1 therapy for children with ASD. We provide paid RBT training and sponsor the national exam for uncertified hires, with a clear growth path.

Enjoy a center-based, daytime schedule (8:00 AM–4:15 PM, Monday–Friday) with BCBA supervision available and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to complete paid training.
• High school diploma or GED with drive to complete training.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to Burleson clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1-on-1 Direct Therapy to children with ASD.
• Provide assent-based care prioritizing safety and engagement.
• Record real-time session data and draft progress notes.
