Job summary

Galliant, located at the Amarillo Clinic, is hiring entry-level team members to provide 1-on-1 therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. No ABA experience required; 100% paid training and certification are provided.

The role reports to a single clinic facility with a daytime schedule, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM. Starting pay is $15.00–$16.00 per hour with semi-annual raises, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or higher required.
• Background in daycare, preschool teaching, babysitting, caregiving, DSP/CNA, or related fields preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for daily commute to the Amarillo clinic.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Direct Care: implement individual therapy plans for children to reduce challenging behaviors and build daily living skills.
• Deliver assent-based, compassionate therapy with child safety and neurodiversity-affirming care.
• Track session data using a clinic tablet and draft clear daily progress notes.
