Job summary

Galliant Ennis Clinic is seeking a Full-Time ABA Technician (RBT) to deliver 1-on-1 therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Ennis, TX. The role offers a stable Monday–Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:15 PM, with no weekend shifts and 100% paid RBT training.

Starting pay ranges from $17.00 to $23.00 per hour, with a tiered growth track every 6 months, comprehensive benefits, and a fully center-based work environment. Training and exam costs are covered within the first 8 weeks.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification in good standing with the BACB or a HS Diploma/GED with a strong desire to learn.
• Willingness to complete the 40-hour RBT training and national exam within 8 weeks.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to the Ennis clinic daily.
• Comfort with a center-based, team-focused setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 direct care to children with ASD in a center-based setting.
• Implement individualized plans to build communication, daily living and social skills.
• Track session data using a company tablet and draft daily progress notes.
