Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based treatment team. You will provide 1-1 specialized ABA services to children with ASD under supervision of BCBAs, delivering data-driven interventions in a friendly, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• RBT certification currently active is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience or familiarity with ASD is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Assist with physical activities as needed during sessions.
