Job summary

Centria Healthcare is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Speedway, IN. This full-time, in-center role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 am–4:30 pm, with 1:1 and group client care under supervision.

You will implement ABA procedures, collect data, and support families with training and progress updates. Requirements include current RBT certification, High School Diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and availability for CPR/First Aid and TB testing.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification as issued by the BACB.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings using intensive teaching and natural environment training.
• Follow prescribed behavioral skill acquisition and behavior reduction protocols per individualized plan by BCBA/BC.
• Collect, record, and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training aligned with treatment protocols.
• Ensure timely documentation following established procedures.
