The role offers growth through Propel and paths toward BCBA or leadership roles, with full-time hours and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active RBT certification or obtain RBT certification within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 1:1 therapy with clients.
• Follow prescribed skill acquisition and behavior support plans.
• Collect and record data and write therapy notes for each session.
• Communicate with parents and caregivers regarding client progress.
