Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians. This role allows you to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism by implementing individualized behavior plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

We invite candidates who are passionate, patient, and team-oriented. Comprehensive training is provided, ensuring that even those without experience can contribute meaningfully to our clients' lives.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Able to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend).

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children implementing intervention plans.
• Use evidence-based techniques to teach skills.
• Assist children to reach their full potential.
