Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician (BT) for our Oakland Center in Oakland, NJ. This full-time, center-based role offers a salary range of $38,000 to $46,000 depending on experience, location, and certification.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children.
• Autism or developmental disabilities experience preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and communicate progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members to support high-quality care.
• Follow clinical protocols and maintain a safe, positive, engaging environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, team meetings, ongoing training, and professional development.
