Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or Behavior Technician (BT) to work center-based. You will provide essential ABA services to children with autism and develop their communication, social, and daily living skills.

This position offers salary based on experience—$38K to $46K—and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, alongside career growth opportunities and RBT certification support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children required.
• Experience with autism/developmental disabilities preferred.
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Ability to lift 40–50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under BCBA direction.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and clinical leadership to support care.
