Job summary

Hand Over Hand LLC is seeking an RBT/BT for a center-based program in Kearny, NJ. The role involves providing 1:1 and small-group ABA services to children, under BCBA supervision, in a structured center environment.

Responsibilities include data collection, implementing treatment plans, and collaborating with families and clinical leadership to deliver high-quality care. RBT certification is required within four months for BT staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children required; ABA, childcare, or behavioral health experience a plus.
• Active RBT certification through the BACB is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and small-group ABA services in a center-based environment.
• Implement individualized treatment plans under supervision of a BCBA.
• Help children develop communication, social, emotional, and daily living skills.
• Accurately collect and record data, document sessions, and report progress to the clinical team.
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families to support consistent, high-quality care.
• Maintain a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for every child.
• Participate in supervision, training, and professional development to strengthen clinical skills.
• Uphold confidentiality and ethical standards.
