Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our Lawrence program. You will provide direct client care in 1:1 and small-group settings, following behavioral plans designed by a BCBA/BC.

You will collect data, document progress, and support caregiver training in collaboration with the team. The role requires RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, reliable transportation, and willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB)
• Ability to perform extensive data collection and record-keeping
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
• Reliable transportation is required
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by BCBA/BC
• Collect, record, and summarize data on client behavior
• Assist with parent and caregiver training
• Ensure timely documentation
• Communicate progress with parents and caregivers
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
• Assist with preparation of client materials and assessments
