Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a full-time Registered Behavior Technician to provide ABA Therapy services. The role involves direct client care, following treatment protocols, and maintaining a safe environment. Applicants must be RBT certified and have a High School Diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with ability to do repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow prescribed behavioral protocols outlined in the treatment plan.
• Collect and summarize data on observable client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training as directed.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding client progress.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
