Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy in Tempe, AZ seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Must be BACB-certified or willing to complete 40-hour ABA training and sit for the RBT exam within 45 days. The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in a center setting.

Pay is $18–$24 per hour, negotiable by experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm, full-time. Responsibilities include data collection, patient progress communication, and caregiver training while

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Willing to obtain CPR/First Aid and TB test if not current.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Must pass background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Record data on client behavior and progress accurately.
• Assist with caregiver training aligned with treatment plans.
• Maintain clean, safe therapy environment and timely documentation.
• Communicate with parents/caregivers about progress.
