Qualifications

• Must hold current certification as a Registered Behavior Technician or complete 40-hour training.
• Able to lift up to 50lbs and quickly move for client safety.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 settings using ABA therapy.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding client progress.
