Responsibilities
  • Manage caseload of up to 10 clients
  • Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for each insurance authorization period
  • Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R)
  • Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior support plans
  • Provide supervision and instruction to staff on correct implementation of treatment goals
  • Supervise RBTs
  • Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and protocols
  • Oversee data collection by direct staff
  • Attend weekly team meetings
  • Provide parent training and support
Education & Requirements
  • Master’s degree
  • BCBA certification (and LBA / LABA as required in the state)
  • Eligibility to supervise staff
  • Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands
  • Lift up to 30 lbs.
  • Frequently assume and maintain various postures while working with active children
  • Perform quick body movements as indicated in behavior intervention plans
Additional Requirements
  • Essential worker as part of critical infrastructure
  • No prior criminal history
  • Ability to use technology and Microsoft Office suite
  • Basic office equipment operation
