Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) | Full-Time

Salary: $110,000–$130,000 DOE + Benefits

Work Arrangement: Full-Time | 100% In-Person or Hybrid (50% In-Person / 50% Remote)

Compass Associates is proud to partner with a growing ABA provider to recruit an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This is an excellent opportunity to join a clinician-focused organization that values quality care, manageable caseloads, and flexibility.

Working with children aged 2–10 years, you'll provide individualized ABA services across home and school settings, supporting meaningful progress while collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.

With a manageable caseload of 6–9 clients and an expectation of just 25 billable hours per week, you'll have the time and support to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care without compromising your work-life balance.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and ongoing client assessments.
  • Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans.
  • Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).
  • Deliver services across home and school environments.
  • Monitor client progress through data analysis and make programming adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary professionals to ensure consistent support.
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB and organizational standards.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
  • Previous experience as a practicing BCBA, ideally supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for delivering compassionate, client-centered care.
Why Join?
  • Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.
  • Flexible working options – choose between fully in-person or 50% in-person / 50% remote.
  • Low caseload of 6–9 clients.
  • 25 billable hours per week, promoting a healthy work-life balance.
  • Opportunity to work with children aged 2–10 years across home and school settings.
  • Supportive, clinician-led culture focused on delivering exceptional outcomes for clients and families.

If you're an experienced BCBA looking for a role that combines clinical autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families, we'd love to hear from you.
