Responsibilities
- Manage caseload of up to 10 clients
- Write and submit treatment plans and renewals for each insurance authorization period
- Conduct initial and renewal skills assessments (e.g., VB‑MAPP, ABLLS‑R)
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and create behavior support plans
- Provide supervision and instruction to staff on correct implementation of treatment goals
- Supervise RBTs
- Ensure fidelity of each client’s treatment program and protocols
- Oversee data collection by direct staff
- Attend weekly team meetings
- Provide parent training and support
Education & Requirements
- Master’s degree
- BCBA certification (and LBA / LABA as required in the state)
- Eligibility to supervise staff
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands
- Lift up to 30 lbs.
- Frequently assume and maintain various postures while working with active children
- Perform quick body movements as indicated in behavior intervention plans
Additional Requirements
- Essential worker as part of critical infrastructure
- No prior criminal history
- Ability to use technology and Microsoft Office suite
- Basic office equipment operation
