Job summary

Centria Autism in Dearborn, MI seeks Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children, implementing behavior plans under BCBA guidance. You will teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques while reducing interfering behaviors.

We provide comprehensive training; 18+ years old with a high school diploma or GED are welcome to apply. Pay ranges from $17 to $20 per hour, with opportunities to grow within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Must be passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Experience in related roles is a plus.

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
