Job summary

Butterfly Effects is seeking a BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team in the Sacramento area. As a BCBA-led organization, we provide unmatched support, professional growth, and family-centric care under leaders Dr. Steve Woolf and Molly McGinnis.

You will lead clinical teams, design customized treatment plans, and collaborate with therapists, educators, and other professionals to achieve holistic client outcomes. Prior BCBA certification and passion for autism are essential.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field.
• Active BCBA certification from the BACB.
• Passion for working with children and families affected by autism spectrum disorder.

Responsibilities

• Lead & supervise RBTs and BTs to ensure high-quality ABA service delivery.
• Assess & plan through functional behavior assessments and individualized goals.
• Empower families with monthly caregiver training sessions.
