Applied ABC in Raleigh, NC is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead clinically and grow professionally within a supportive team.

You will maintain an active caseload, supervise RBTs, and deliver evidence-based ABA services to children and families in a hybrid setting, with in-person client contact required. North Carolina licensure and a strong clinical foundation are essential.

Competenze

• Active BCBA certification.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Current 8-hour supervision certificate.
• North Carolina licensure where required.
• Experience supervising RBTs and behavior techs with BST.
• Experience conducting VB-MAPP, ABLLS, Vineland assessments.
• Experience developing treatment and behavior support plans.
• Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder populations.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Willing to work hybrid and in-person; not remote.

Mansioni

• Carry an active caseload and conduct assessments including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and Vineland.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans.
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and behavior technicians using BST.
• Provide parent and caregiver training and collaborate with families.
• Monitor client progress through ongoing data analysis and adjust programming.
• Support clients and team members during behavioral crisis situations.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with BACB, payer, and HIPAA guidelines.
