Job summary

Golden Care Therapy seeks a dedicated Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Lead to oversee clinical operations at our ABA center. You will supervise staff, develop treatment plans, and ensure services align with BACB guidelines.

Lead responsibilities include program development, data-driven decision making, and coordination with administration to optimize scheduling and client care. NJ LBA licensed BCBAs with 3–5 years of ABA clinic experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• BCBA certification in good standing.
• NJ LBA license.
• Minimum 3–5 years of ABA experience; clinic setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles, assessments, and interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and clinical documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans based on assessments and evidence-based practices.
• Conduct FBAs and design BIPs with fidelity to BACB guidelines.
• Supervise RBTs and clinical staff; provide ongoing training and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with administrative and clinical leadership on programs and scheduling.
• Ensure data collection and documentation meet regulatory requirements.
