Job summary

Proud Moments ABA, a leading provider of ABA services for children with autism, seeks a BCBA to lead intervention programs and supervise clinical staff in a dynamic, growth-oriented setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral analysis, education, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA license (state-dependent) or close-in exam within 3 months.
• Proven experience applying ABA with children with autism.

Responsibilities

• Develop and supervise evidence-based interventions for children with autism.
• Support clients' progress as they learn new skills and exhibit positive behaviors.
• Guide families to understand assessment results and treatment recommendations.
• Advocate for clients by monitoring issues and communicating concerns.
• Mentor and train our team of behavioral technicians.
• Move with clients during sessions and assist with activities requiring physical effort.
