Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based BCBA in Raynham, MA to lead high-quality ABA services for children. This role emphasizes ethical decision-making, clinical excellence, and collaboration with families, technicians, and leadership.

You will work in a center-based model designed to support clinician wellbeing, with opportunities for growth into senior BCBA or clinical leadership roles. Competitive compensation and ongoing professional development are provided.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Active LBA license where applicable.
• Minimum 2 years ABA experience with children.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and develop BIPs data-driven.
• Utilize Vineland-3 and other standardized tools.
• Provide center-based ABA services for children.
• Analyze data to guide treatment decisions.
• Supervise, coach, and support technicians and RBTs.
• Collaborate with families to promote skill generalization.
• Deliver crisis prevention/intervention when needed.
• Participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Mentor associates in certain regions.
