Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan centers seeks a Center-Based BCaBA to provide supervision of ABA therapy under a BCBA and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs. You will help develop and modify individualized behavior plans and engage families in therapy.

You will collect data, analyze results, and collaborate with BCBAs to guide treatment decisions. The role emphasizes assent-based, child-centered care and professional growth.

Qualifications

• BCaBA certification required or eligible for supervision under BCBA.
• Experience supervising Behavior Technicians/RBTs.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills.
• Ability to train families and collaborate with BCBAs.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data to support data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
