Job summary

Centria is seeking a BCBA to lead ABA therapy in a collaborative in-center setting. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based behavior plans, and engage families through on-site training to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required or actively pursuing BCBA.
• Experience delivering ABA therapy in clinical settings.
• Ability to supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians.
• Use data to guide treatment decisions and outcomes.
• Engage and train parents during on-site sessions.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery within an in-center environment.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans using ABA principles.
