Job summary

Centria Autism in Taylor, MI is seeking a Center-Based Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (Bcaba) to provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA. You will supervise Behavior Technicians and RBTs, help develop and modify intervention plans, and drive data-driven decisions with families.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy
