Job summary

Centria Autism in Michigan is seeking a BCaBA to deliver high-quality ABA therapy, supervise Behavior Technicians, and collaborate with BCBA supervisors to ensure program fidelity.

You’ll use the CareConnect platform, collect and analyze client data, adjust behavior plans, and engage families through training. The role offers mentorship, CEU opportunities, structured growth, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Train and mentor Behavior Technicians and RBTs to ensure program fidelity.
• Assist with developing and modifying individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and analyze client data, and collaborate with BCBAs to make data-driven treatment decisions.
• Engage families in therapy through regular communication and parent training sessions.
• Ensure therapy aligns with Centria’s assent-based, child-centered philosophy.
