Job summary

Centria Autism in the United States is seeking enthusiastic Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to obtain CPR/First Aid Certification and TB test.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check.
• Ability to move in various positions and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance.
• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills using evidence-based techniques.
• Help reduce interfering behaviors and support family goals.
