Centria is hiring Behavior Technicians in Beaverton, OR to work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA. You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

We seek compassionate team players who are patient and adaptable. Comprehensive training is provided, enabling you to support children with autism and their families effectively.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or obtainable.
• TB test may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention under BCBA guidance.
• Help teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Promote safety and support to children with autism.
