Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Nebraska seeks a part-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism through center-based ABA therapy. You will engage in one-on-one sessions, implement individualized therapy plans, and document progress for each child alongside a team of clinicians and behavior analysts.

Training is provided to achieve RBT certification, with tuition reimbursement and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug test at time of hire.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use creativity and enthusiasm in a play-based, naturalistic therapy setting.
• Help children progress in educational and social settings and prepare for transition to traditional school.
• Track and document progress for each child as you implement therapy programs.
