Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children in a center-based ABA setting. You will collaborate with clinicians to implement custom therapy plans and use play-based approaches to support each child’s progress.

You will track progress, contribute to a supportive team, and help children reach educational and social goals. Training is provided, with full-time hours Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred but not required.
• Ability to work with children with autism in a center-based ABA setting.
• Willingness to undergo background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (18 months to school age) to provide ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use play-based, naturalistic approaches to support progress.
• Track and document progress for each child consistently.
• Contribute to a supportive team environment and Lighthouse values.
