Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center in Kearney, Nebraska, is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; college degree preferred.
• Experience working with children is advantageous but not required.
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to the role.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to school age.
• Collaborate with clinicians to implement therapy plans.
• Document progress for each child and utilize creativity in therapy activities.
