Lighthouse Autism Center in Lincoln, Nebraska, is searching for a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) dedicated to working with children with autism. As an RBT, you'll implement ABA therapy plans, track progress, and work closely with a supportive team of clinicians.

Qualifications

• Candidates must be 18 years or older to be considered for this position.
• Lifting/carrying more than 50 lbs., and able to sustain contact with bodies and move quickly.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with kids to provide ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with a team to implement custom therapy plans.
• Track and document progress for each child.
