You will work with a team of clinicians to implement customized therapy plans, using play-based, naturalistic strategies to support each child’s learning and progress.

Qualifications

• All applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent; college degree not required but preferred.
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required.
• A passion for working with children with autism and their families.
• Eagerness to be part of a caring, team-oriented culture.
• Commitment to showing up and supporting a learner’s progress.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children (ages 18 months to school age) to provide center-based ABA therapy.
• Collaborate with clinicians and behavior analysts to implement custom therapy plans.
• Use play-based and naturalistic strategies to help children learn and progress.
• Track and document progress for each child as therapy programs are implemented.
