Lighthouse Autism Center in Grand Island, Nebraska is looking for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. In this full-time position, you will provide center-based ABA therapy to children with autism, supporting their development and learning in a fun environment.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping children with autism, strong communication skills, and a desire to be part of a caring team. Competitive salary between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour with benefits that start on day one!

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Ability to lift/carry more than 50 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide ABA therapy to children in a center-based approach.
• Collaborate with team to implement therapy plans.
• Track and document progress for each child.
