Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in North Las Vegas, NV is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based program. You will implement 1-1, data-driven treatment under BCBA supervision and help families use individualized plans.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required.
• Nevada ABA board certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment plan effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically assist with session activities and movement of children (lift 25+ pounds).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
