Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Reno, NV is seeking dedicated Behavior Technicians to join our center-based treatment team. You will provide 1-1 specialized ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA, helping children on the autism spectrum achieve meaningful progress.

We offer flexible hours (part-time or full-time), paid training, and competitive compensation. Active RBT certification and NV ABA board qualification preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as an RBT.
• Nevada ABA board certification or willing to obtain.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report on treatment effectiveness.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing plans.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically keep up with clients during sessions (lifts, movement, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
