Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Las Vegas, NV is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) to join our center-based treatment team. BTs work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, delivering evidence-based interventions in a supportive, fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about helping kids, reliable, and able to communicate well with families. Required RBT certification and Nevada ABA board certification or willingness to obtain it; transportation is a must.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or in progress.
• Nevada ABA board certification or willingness to obtain.
• Reliable transportation required.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and team.
• Stay physically active with children during sessions.
