Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Las Vegas, NV, to provide 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting alongside BCBAs. We offer paid training, support to implement treatment plans, and opportunities for part-time or full-time guaranteed hours in a dynamic team environment.

Ideal candidates are passionate about working with children with ASD, possess reliable transportation, and can communicate effectively with families.

Qualifications

• Currently certified as an RBT
• Certified with the Nevada ABA board or willing to obtain certification
• Access to reliable transportation
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred
• Ability to protect confidential information
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors
• Assist with physical activities during sessions as needed
• Perform other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA
