Job summary

Community Autism Services (CAS) is seeking a Center-Based Behavior Technician to support children ages 18 months to 6 years with center-based ABA therapy, under BCBA supervision. You will work as part of a collaborative team that values creativity, consistency, and compassionate care in a structured, supervisor-guided environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18
• High School diploma or GED required
• Ability to meet the physical demands (lift up to 50lbs)
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• No prior ABA experience required—we train you

Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy sessions under BCBA supervision
• Use play, movement, and creativity to engage children
• Collect accurate session data and progress notes
• Apply feedback and coaching to strengthen clinical skills; collaborate with teammates and supervisors to support each child’s success
• Help maintain a safe, organized, and engaging therapy environment
