Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, supporting 1-1 treatment for children on the autism spectrum in partnership with BCBAs. You will help implement treatment plans and monitor progress for clients aged 2 to 15 in a collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates hold an active RBT certification, a high school diploma, reliable transportation, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Reliable transportation to and from centers.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plans.
• Support BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and teams.
• Assist with physical handling of children and safety as needed.
• Perform any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
