Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to provide direct care in 1:1 and small group settings at our High Point center. You will implement behavior plans, collect data, and support families under supervision of BCBA/BC.

This role offers paid time off and a structured pay plan. Full-time position, in-center schedule, with competitive hourly pay based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification (BACB).
• Willing to participate in background check process.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Willing to obtain TB test annually.
• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs and floor work.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct client care in 1:1 and group settings.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA/BC.
• Collect and summarize data on client behavior.
• Assist with parent and caregiver training.
• Ensure timely documentation.
• Communicate progress with families as directed.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
• Prepare client materials and support assessments.
