Job summary

Proud Moments ABA in Clarksville, TN (United States) is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our center-based clinical team. BTs support treatment plans 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under BCBA supervision, delivering evidence-based interventions and recording progress data.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report outcomes.
• Assist BCBA with family training on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and staff.
• Supervise client safety and support engagement during sessions.
• Perform tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
